Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing (partner marketing, account management, field marketing, or demand generation).
  • Proven ability to own and execute marketing programs tied to pipeline goals.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale strategic partnerships.
  • Experience working with external partners and vendors.
  • Strong communication skills with experience leading conversations and adapting messaging.
  • Experience executing events, webinars, and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Solid content instincts for messaging and campaign development.
  • Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Program-building mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day management and performance of long-term strategic media partner programs.
  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns including webinars, events, content, and newsletters.
  • Standardize processes for partner-led motions.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with partner stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute regional events, trainings, and field activations.
  • Help shape campaign briefs, partner messaging, and promotional plans.
  • Identify and coordinate with industry voices, creators, and external partners.
  • Track campaign performance, engagement, and pipeline influence with Marketing Ops.
