Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or related leadership roles.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience (flows, validation rules, integrations, permissions, automation).
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Experience designing scalable operational processes in high-growth environments.
  • Deep analytical and systems-thinking mindset.
  • AI fluency and daily use of AI tools for operational leverage.
  • Ability to operate in fast-moving environments and manage hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own Salesforce as the go-to-market system of record.
  • Administer and optimize the GTM tech stack including HubSpot, Front, PandaDoc, and Dialpad.
  • Design and operationalize customer lifecycle workflows across onboarding, deployment, and support.
  • Establish pipeline hygiene standards and forecasting processes.
  • Build dashboards and reporting for executive decision-making.
  • Develop AI-driven workflows across the go-to-market organization.
  • Document SOPs, SLAs, and operational standards.
