Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or related leadership roles.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience (flows, validation rules, integrations, permissions, automation).
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Experience designing scalable operational processes in high-growth environments.
- Deep analytical and systems-thinking mindset.
- AI fluency and daily use of AI tools for operational leverage.
- Ability to operate in fast-moving environments and manage hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce as the go-to-market system of record.
- Administer and optimize the GTM tech stack including HubSpot, Front, PandaDoc, and Dialpad.
- Design and operationalize customer lifecycle workflows across onboarding, deployment, and support.
- Establish pipeline hygiene standards and forecasting processes.
- Build dashboards and reporting for executive decision-making.
- Develop AI-driven workflows across the go-to-market organization.
- Document SOPs, SLAs, and operational standards.
