Requirements
- Master's degree or higher.
- 12+ years of professional work experience at a higher education institution or in EdTech.
- Experience in a leadership role within Student Success, Academic Affairs, Enrollment Management, Institutional Research, or Data Analysis.
- Proven ability to prepare and deliver formal executive business reviews to senior-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and mentor team members.
- Ability to design, deliver, and manage strategic services or managed programs.
- Capacity to manage a portfolio of 15–20 accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain high-trust relationships with C-Suite executives.
- Lead and support the implementation and delivery of the Strategic Services portfolio.
- Negotiate renewal contracts to maximize growth and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Create and manage customer Success Plans aligned with institutional goals.
- Serve as a mentor and thought leader for the Customer Development team.
- Manage and track KPIs and contract data in Salesforce.
