Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher.
  • 12+ years of professional work experience at a higher education institution or in EdTech.
  • Experience in a leadership role within Student Success, Academic Affairs, Enrollment Management, Institutional Research, or Data Analysis.
  • Proven ability to prepare and deliver formal executive business reviews to senior-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and mentor team members.
  • Ability to design, deliver, and manage strategic services or managed programs.
  • Capacity to manage a portfolio of 15–20 accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain high-trust relationships with C-Suite executives.
  • Lead and support the implementation and delivery of the Strategic Services portfolio.
  • Negotiate renewal contracts to maximize growth and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Create and manage customer Success Plans aligned with institutional goals.
  • Serve as a mentor and thought leader for the Customer Development team.
  • Manage and track KPIs and contract data in Salesforce.
