Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain structured content calendars across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate content scheduling and ensure consistent posting.
  • Repurpose content to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Track engagement and performance metrics.
  • Support growth initiatives for the Live Seller Community.
  • Monitor community engagement and assist with marketing funnels.
  • Respond to customer and community inquiries via chat and email.
  • Assist with scheduling livestream sessions.
  • Maintain organized internal records and documentation.
  • Document workflows and processes into SOPs.
