Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain structured content calendars across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate content scheduling and ensure consistent posting.
- Repurpose content to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Track engagement and performance metrics.
- Support growth initiatives for the Live Seller Community.
- Monitor community engagement and assist with marketing funnels.
- Respond to customer and community inquiries via chat and email.
- Assist with scheduling livestream sessions.
- Maintain organized internal records and documentation.
- Document workflows and processes into SOPs.
