Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
  • 3–5 years in a management role.
  • Strong background in warehouse operations, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain systems, vendor management, and contract governance.
  • Experience evaluating supplier performance and driving operational and cost improvements.
  • Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and operational reporting tools.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse and hardware configuration operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and quality assurance.
  • Manage, coach, and develop supply chain and configuration teams, setting goals, monitoring performance, and supporting career growth.
  • Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Services, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to align operational execution with business needs and deployment schedules.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for warehouse, fulfillment, and configuration issues.
  • Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, including performance management, issue resolution, and contractual escalation.
  • Analyze KPIs and operational data to identify trends and implement improvements in efficiency, cost, and accuracy.
  • Lead risk assessments and develop contingency and continuity plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
  • Partner with IT teams to enhance ERP systems (including Microsoft Dynamics 365) and reporting dashboards.
  • Prepare and present operational performance updates, supplier strategies, and business cases to senior leadership.
