Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Project or Program Management of enterprise-scale software implementations.
  • 6+ years of professional consulting experience delivering custom solutions to Fortune 500/100 clients.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in Change Management strategy and execution (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR).
  • Expert-level knowledge of core project management disciplines (time, cost, scope, risk).
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise-level business processes and SaaS sales strategy.
  • Solid experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com or Dynamics preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and drive the Change Management Strategy for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations.
  • Serve as the executive point of contact and trusted advisor to C-level and senior leadership.
  • Lead the entire implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design through testing, rollout, and post-go-live transition.
  • Proactively challenge, recommend, and redirect both internal and client teams on best practices.
  • Conduct sophisticated discovery workshops to translate complex business objectives into executable deployment plans.
  • Maintain rigorous oversight of multiple concurrent, custom SOW-based projects.
  • Develop and implement governance structures and communication cadences for global enterprise clients.
  • Formalize requirements gathering and execute change control processes.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions and structure high-value services packages.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and scaling of the Professional Services methodology.
