Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or technology related field.
  • 5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O/FSC implementation experience.
  • Experience with at least 3 full end-to-end ERP implementations.
  • Experience participating in requirements-gathering process for IT systems.
  • Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology.
  • Senior-level oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead people, teams, and workstreams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Visio.
  • Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, contribute to and/or lead implementation design sessions with customers for Supply Chain Management processes.
  • Rapidly configure, test and help train Client SME’s on D365FSC areas.
  • Identify functional gaps and conflicts in requirements and drive towards a solution.
  • Distill and document functional design requirements into Functional Design Documents (FDD’s).
  • Lead discussions with technical team members for design feasibility and development estimates.
  • Coordinate with technical staff for application build, test, and deploy activities.
  • Assist and/or lead planning and executing data conversion activities.
  • Drive test planning and execution.
  • Work closely with Project and Program Managers and exhibit leadership in managing scope and assigned workstream.
