Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or technology related field.
- 5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O/FSC implementation experience.
- Experience with at least 3 full end-to-end ERP implementations.
- Experience participating in requirements-gathering process for IT systems.
- Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology.
- Senior-level oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead people, teams, and workstreams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Visio.
- Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, contribute to and/or lead implementation design sessions with customers for Supply Chain Management processes.
- Rapidly configure, test and help train Client SME’s on D365FSC areas.
- Identify functional gaps and conflicts in requirements and drive towards a solution.
- Distill and document functional design requirements into Functional Design Documents (FDD’s).
- Lead discussions with technical team members for design feasibility and development estimates.
- Coordinate with technical staff for application build, test, and deploy activities.
- Assist and/or lead planning and executing data conversion activities.
- Drive test planning and execution.
- Work closely with Project and Program Managers and exhibit leadership in managing scope and assigned workstream.
