Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years Dynamics 365 (AX) Supply Chain Management experience.
- Minimum of 2 full years staffed on Dynamics 365 (AX) implementations.
- Certification in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (MB-330) or ability to attain within 90 days.
- Working knowledge of industry specific best practices.
- Strong customer relationship, communication, planning, and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules.
- Conduct in-depth discussion with clients to understand warehouse management processes and gather requirements.
- Design and document functional specifications for warehouse operations.
- Configure warehouse management module settings including wave, work, and location directives.
- Plan and execute data migration strategies.
- Develop and execute functional test cases.
- Provide comprehensive training to business process owners.
- Produce Functional Design Documents for extensions.
- Lead modeling and process area showcase sessions.
- Ensure project success by coaching and mentoring junior consultants.
