U.S. Citizenship
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in ServiceNow
Proven experience in federal contracting (DoD, DHS, or Civilian agencies)
Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and at least one other major workflow (ITOM, HRSD, SPM, ITAM, Custom)
Experience with Jira, ServiceNow Agile, or Azure DevOps
Proficiency in Visio, LucidChart, or similar process mapping tools
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification

Lead client workshops and focus groups to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate high-level business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Conduct gap analysis between legacy processes and ServiceNow OOTB functionality.
Design and document new Agile processes and SOPs in collaboration with Agile coaches.
Review user stories and requirements for accuracy and alignment with 'Definition of Ready'.
Mentor junior developers and analysts on business context and ServiceNow best practices.
Conduct peer reviews of functional designs and test scripts.
Advise stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices to minimize technical debt.
Ensure solution designs adhere to federal IT standards including Section 508 and FISMA/NIST.
Execute UAT plans and create federal-grade deliverables like SOPs and user guides.
