Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred.
- Experience with core banking, digital banking, deposit, and lending platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Experience with integration solutions such as MuleSoft.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms like Azure or Snowflake.
- Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience working in agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to define objectives, pain points, and opportunities.
- Facilitate discovery conversations and evaluate solution options.
- Develop structured business cases covering scope, benefits, risks, and budget.
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering from discovery to delivery.
- Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure requirements are traceable and measurable.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and QA to ensure successful execution.
- Act as the primary point of clarity for business intent throughout delivery.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and identify project risks.
