Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of professional experience.
- 3+ years of SQL querying skills.
- 1+ years of experience in modeling/mapping business processes.
- 1+ years of experience planning and facilitating UAT.
- Knowledge of API.
- Practical knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft SQL, .NET, MySQL, Java, and web applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or JIRA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with product owners for user story refinement and backlog prioritization.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and team meetings.
- Translate technical jargon between developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Document business processes, functional, non-functional, and technical specifications.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and patterns.
- Perform SQL queries and map data elements and flows.
- Lead department initiatives and mentor junior team members.
