Requirements
- 9+ years in IT Business Systems, People Systems/HR Technology roles.
- Deep, hands-on experience configuring at least one modern HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, Rippling).
- Deep, hands-on experience configuring at least one ATS platform (Greenhouse, Workable).
- Deep understanding of HR processes including recruiting, L&D, performance, compensation, and hire-to-retire.
- Proven track record owning end-to-end system projects from requirements through post-launch support.
- Strong integration mindset with understanding of APIs and common integration patterns.
- Experience partnering with architects and engineers.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience supporting HR systems in multi-country environments.
- Familiarity with EU/GDPR data privacy requirements and localized payroll or compliance tooling.
Responsibilities
- Be the technical lead/admin of the core People Systems multi-system tech stack (HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc).
- Analyze, redesign, and recommend changes with HR processes (hire-to-retire, onboarding, job changes, etc.).
- Lead complex HR Systems projects from problem framing to implementation and rollout.
- Partner with IT Teams to support integrations and data flows between HR systems and downstream platforms.
- Build and maintain idea backlogs, track projects, and support maintaining system roadmaps.
- Create and maintain comprehensive business documentation in Confluence.
- Partner with Security, Privacy, and IT Teams on security, compliance, and governance.
