Requirements
- Practical experience in implementing or administering Odoo or similar ERP systems.
- Deep understanding of financial processes: accounting, AP/AR, payroll, treasury, budgeting, and management reporting.
- Experience in requirement gathering and writing BRD/FRD, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Skills in mapping and optimizing processes using BPMN, flowcharts, Miro, or Visio.
- Experience configuring ERP systems without programming (roles, workflows, approvals, reporting, dashboards).
- Understanding of ERP integrations via API, banking tools, payroll, CRM, or BI systems.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for analytics, reconciliation, and data migration.
- Practical experience using AI tools for business analysis, process optimization, and workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis and Odoo implementation for finance, payroll, treasury, budgeting, and management reporting.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and developers/implementation partners.
- Analyze, document, and transform business requirements into functional specifications and technical tasks.
- Design optimized workflows according to ERP best practices.
- Configure Odoo modules, approvals, roles, and reporting using no-code/low-code tools.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement using AI-driven and automation solutions.
- Coordinate testing, validate functionality, and manage problem resolution.
- Support data migration, system launch, user onboarding, and post-launch improvements.
- Create process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
