Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a consulting environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define business and user requirements.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.
- Experience managing workstreams using agile or waterfall methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Ability to conduct data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with digital transformation projects such as ERP or CRM.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support end-to-end project delivery and programme governance.
- Engage with client stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Map current-state and propose future-state business processes.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Support digital transformation projects including ERP and CRM implementations.
- Develop business cases, options appraisals, and Target Operating Models.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Maintain clear documentation including process maps and requirement traceability.
