- Lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions with primary ownership across Finance and HCM.
- Engage with client stakeholders to gather, analyse, and challenge business requirements, conducting fit-gap assessments.
- Configure standard Dynamics 365 functionality and collaborate on technical extensions and integrations.
- Produce high-quality functional documentation including FDDs, process maps, and solution designs.
- Lead or support testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live support.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout their digital transformation journeys.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution shaping, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices and capability development.
