Director, Process Safety

Lead the development and delivery of a specialist process safety capability across the UK and Ireland.
Provide senior technical input on fire and gas detection strategy, gas dispersion modelling, hazard analysis, mitigation system design, facility siting, risk-based design and safety engineering.
Advise clients on facility modifications, ageing asset management and energy transition risks, including hydrogen and battery energy storage systems.
Build and maintain senior client relationships across relevant industry sectors.
Convert technical expertise and market insight into commercially successful workstreams.
Lead and support proposal development, fee generation and strategic growth planning.
Represent Jensen Hughes in industry committees, standards bodies, technical forums, thought leadership, publications and conferences.
Collaborate with colleagues across process safety, fire engineering, industrial safety and adjacent technical disciplines.
Mentor technical teams and support knowledge sharing, quality and capability growth.
