Requirements:

• Typically requires 8-15 years’ experience in technical consulting and client relationship development.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in selling consulting services within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
• Experience with internal partnering for proposals and consulting services.
• Network of relevant industry contacts, such as General Contractors and Real Estate Developers.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and facilitate opportunities for revenue growth through professional design services.
• Perform project management and technical design services independently.
• Manage client expectations and relationships through effective communication.
• Establish credibility with clients and professional trade organizations.
• Meet established utilization and profitability goals.
