Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
  • Strong delivery experience across Dynamics 365 F&SCM implementations.
  • Deep functional knowledge of financial processes including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with core HR processes including hire-to-retire, position management, and benefits.
  • Hands-on experience with the full project lifecycle from analysis to post-go-live support.
  • Strong experience in process optimisation and business transformation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Understanding of integrations, ISVs, security roles, and data privacy.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-300, MB-310) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions with primary ownership across Finance and HCM.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to gather, analyse, and challenge business requirements, conducting fit-gap assessments.
  • Configure standard Dynamics 365 functionality and collaborate on technical extensions and integrations.
  • Produce high-quality functional documentation including FDDs, process maps, and solution designs.
  • Lead or support testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live support.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout their digital transformation journeys.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution shaping, workshops, and demonstrations.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices and capability development.
