- 5+ years experience with Dynamics 365 Solution Delivery (CE/Field Service/Field Service Mobile).
- Industry best practice knowledge of business processes related to sales, marketing, customer service, and field service.
- Experience implementing end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/FS projects.
- 3+ years experience with Power Platform solution delivery.
- High level understanding of Power BI, data modeling, report creation, and deployment.
- Experience with automating business processes through Microsoft Power Automate.
- Strong skills in Office365 related technologies.
- Lead Microsoft Partner engagements around requirements discovery, customization, integrations, process architecture, and system implementations.
- Configure Microsoft D365 CE and Field Service, Field Service Mobile according to client specifications.
- Collaborate with internal consultants and leaders to deliver best-in-class solutions for clients.
- Evaluate and report project risks assessment and analysis to internal/external stakeholders.
- Collaborate in data migration, training, custom development, and reporting.
- Conduct design review sessions to demonstrate completed work and gather feedback.
- Exhibit Thought Leadership in the D365 CE / Field Service space through blogs and articles.
