Requirements:

• 7-10 years' experience leading professional services teams in Dynamics 365 CE.
• Demonstrated project management skills across multiple locations and teams.
• Proven ability to manage client engagements with financial success.
• Experience leading at least three full Dynamics 365 CE projects.
• Minimum of two Microsoft D365 CE certifications.
• Hands-on consulting experience with a Microsoft Channel Partner.
• Strong ability to communicate and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Run day-to-day operations of the D365 CE consulting practice.
• Manage resource allocation and sales enablement.
• Oversee customer relationships and project engagements.
• Ensure financial/utilization metrics and delivery goals are met.
• Assist Project Managers in resolving project-related issues.
• Provide mentoring and career development for team members.
• Monitor project KPIs according to Ludia standards.
