Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- 2-5+ years of experience in sales support, business development support, CRM administration, or similar commercial role.
- Experience supporting sales outreach, prospecting, lead qualification, or pipeline management.
- Strong CRM knowledge, Zoho CRM experience preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar lead generation tools.
- Confident and professional communication skills for phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Strong written communication skills for outreach and documentation.
- High organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Ability to work independently without close supervision.
- Experience in fast-paced commercial or event environments.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective exhibition clients, sponsors, partners, speakers, and industry contacts.
- Execute structured outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Qualify inbound leads and route opportunities.
- Maintain sales and speaker pipelines in CRM.
- Manage speaker acquisition, communications, and briefing materials.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline summaries, and meeting notes.
- Monitor follow-up schedules for leads, sponsors, and partners.
- Assist in preparing proposals and sales materials.
- Coordinate meetings and calendars for the Head of Event Partnerships.
