Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in sales support, business development support, CRM administration, or similar commercial role.
  • Experience supporting sales outreach, prospecting, lead qualification, or pipeline management.
  • Strong CRM knowledge, Zoho CRM experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar lead generation tools.
  • Confident and professional communication skills for phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong written communication skills for outreach and documentation.
  • High organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision.
  • Experience in fast-paced commercial or event environments.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective exhibition clients, sponsors, partners, speakers, and industry contacts.
  • Execute structured outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Qualify inbound leads and route opportunities.
  • Maintain sales and speaker pipelines in CRM.
  • Manage speaker acquisition, communications, and briefing materials.
  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline summaries, and meeting notes.
  • Monitor follow-up schedules for leads, sponsors, and partners.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and sales materials.
  • Coordinate meetings and calendars for the Head of Event Partnerships.
