- 5+ years of nursing experience
- Experience in clinical operations, team leadership, and workflow improvement
- Experience leading RN, MA, or ambulatory care teams
- Knowledge of clinical quality and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in using data to identify trends and improve execution
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership for Tia’s RN function
- Build and improve clinical workflows, SOPs, and onboarding processes
- Monitor staffing, scheduling, and operational metrics
- Support clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with Product and Care Delivery teams to align workflows
- Create clear role expectations and operating rhythms
- Deliver asynchronous nursing care as needed
