Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management.

  • Proven experience building and launching LLM-powered agents and conversational AI.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise systems and CRM platforms.
  • Strong foundation in user-centric design.
  • Strategic vision to define roadmaps for ambiguous problems.
  • Experience mentoring and influencing other product managers.
  • Highly analytical with data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive multi-year AI product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Build and launch LLM-powered agents and AI-native support experiences.
  • Develop internal platforms, CRM solutions, and toolings to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate across engineering, design, and operations to solve complex logistics problems.
  • Mentor other product managers on AI development, compliance, and platform scalability.
  • Leverage data and user research to optimize products and measure impact.
