Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an agile development environment
- Experience building internal tools or operational technology
- Proven ability as a builder (prototyping, shipping, or deploying solutions)
- Experience working in highly cross-functional roles managing diverse stakeholders
- Experience with systems integration, data flow, APIs, and automation
- Ability to define executable projects from unclear priorities
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with or genuine interest in applying AI tools to workflows
Responsibilities
- Drive the full product lifecycle for your roadmap — discovery, definition and validation, development, launch, and iteration — across the Merchandising and Owned Brands teams
- Lead the evaluation and build/buy decision for a Product Information Management (PIM) system to centralize product data, descriptions, images, and specs across channels
- Partner with the Owned Brands team to design and deploy technology solutions that replace manual, Google Sheets-based manufacturing and production workflows
- Identify greenfield opportunities by embedding with the Merchandising and Owned Brands teams
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to prioritize requests across many stakeholders
- Define meaningful metrics for your space, work with data and engineering teams to surface them, and communicate their impact
- Build solutions that account for the realities of working with external vendors
- Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and delivery
