Requirements
- Technical leader with experience using modern AI tools to solve business problems.
- Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining durable internal software systems.
- Strong technical fluency in applied AI and system design.
- Hands-on experience using modern AI coding environments (e.g., Replit, Claude Code).
- Ability to independently lead and build in ambiguous environments.
- Fluency across product, program, and technical domains.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs in high-ambiguity environments.
- Ability to influence without formal authority.
- Data-driven and pragmatic approach using metrics to iteratively improve system performance.
- Understanding of responsible AI and data governance.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve research’s Product Dev Acceleration solutions suite.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to shape, sequence, and operationalize the portfolio roadmap.
- Translate strategic initiatives into structured technical programs, defining milestones, success criteria, and risk mitigations.
- Identify, surface, and mitigate technical, organizational, and dependency risks across the portfolio.
- Measure success through usage, reliability, and learning impact metrics.
- Architect, build, and iterate AI-native tools using modern AI coding environments and agentic frameworks.
- Make technical architecture and feature prioritization decisions for scalability and durability.
- Lead cross-functional change management to embed the portfolio’s capabilities into existing operational rhythms.
