Requirements
- 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to understand customer pain points and position solutions.
- Articulate and persuasive with ability to deliver pitches and handle objections.
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot or equivalent.
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with willingness to take initiative.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and onboarding calls to identify client needs.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure their requirements are met.
- Demonstrate the value of our products and services to potential buyers.
- Contribute to the enhancement of our sales processes and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and timely data in our CRM system.
- Cultivate long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with contacts.
- Work cross-functionally with IT to complete RFP or security questionnaires.
- Collaborate within and outside of the Sales team.
- Relay feedback from prospects to our product team.
- Perform additional tasks such as attending events or hosting internal training.
