Requirements
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience managing AdWords, Bing Ads, retargeting, Display, and programmatic/RTB.
- 2+ years of experience supervising search marketing and design teams.
- Proven track record managing annual budgets upwards of $13MM.
- Experience with SEM Rush, SpyFu, Google Analytics, and Optimizely.
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Deep understanding of web data and ability to identify actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Proficiency with AI tools to support research, analysis, or reporting.
- Strong understanding of landing page optimization and multivariate testing.
Responsibilities
- Manage PPC campaigns across search engines and retargeting/video campaigns across ad networks.
- Build online acquisition paths in collaboration with design and development teams.
- Optimize SEM campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Lead SEO strategy and execution for all digital properties.
- Directly manage SEM keywords, segments, ads, and landing pages.
- Track and report SEM and SEO metrics to management and cross-functional teams.
- Manage external agencies as needed.
- Forecast spend and acquisition activity.
