Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of B2C digital marketing experience with hands-on ownership of paid search and SEO.
- Demonstrated track record of scaling subscriber acquisition for subscription-based businesses.
- Expert-level knowledge of subscription marketing fundamentals.
- Deep technical and content SEO expertise.
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker/Data Studio.
- SQL proficiency strongly preferred.
- Proven, hands-on expertise leveraging AI in PPC and SEO workflows.
- Experience designing and running statistically valid A/B tests and geo-experiments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end B2C paid search and paid social strategy to drive new subscription acquisition.
- Build and lead the organic search program including technical and content SEO.
- Monitor web and data analytics using GA4 and business intelligence tools.
- Develop subscription-economics measurement framework and allocate budget across channels.
- Embed AI across the search workflow for research, ad copy, bid management, and reporting.
- Design and execute experimentation roadmap including A/B and incrementality testing.
- Optimize the subscriber funnel in partnership with Growth Product Management.
- Develop and own the SEO content strategy.
- Manage paid media budget and forecasting.
- Build executive-ready reporting and dashboards.
