- Support HR Contact Center operations with focus on ServiceNow ticket administration, case management, and employee records compliance reporting.
- Engage in three to four rotations (9-12 months each) across functions such as People Operations, Compliance, People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Learning, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Execute system-based processes including new hire communications, HRIS records management, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity within HR systems.
- Assist team members and supervisors with inquiries regarding Talent processes, payroll, policies, and compliance.
- Contribute to team documentation, process improvements, and special initiatives.
