Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Fluent in Arabic and/or Spanish preferred
  • Comfortable making outbound calls daily
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and follow procedures
  • Previous call center, intake coordination, or customer support experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing leads and applicants
  • Assist individuals with enrollment for free government meal programs
  • Provide accurate information and answer customer questions professionally
  • Follow call scripts and intake procedures
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and applicant information
  • Schedule follow-ups and ensure all required information is collected
  • Communicate professionally with clients in English, Arabic, and/or Spanish
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
