Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic and/or Spanish preferred
- Comfortable making outbound calls daily
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
- Previous call center, intake coordination, or customer support experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing leads and applicants
- Assist individuals with enrollment for free government meal programs
- Provide accurate information and answer customer questions professionally
- Follow call scripts and intake procedures
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and applicant information
- Schedule follow-ups and ensure all required information is collected
- Communicate professionally with clients in English, Arabic, and/or Spanish
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
