Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
- At least 6 months of Customer Service experience.
- Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) highly desirable.
- Computer with 8GB RAM and Windows 11 or macOS 12+.
- Stable internet connection with 5 Mbps speeds.
- Headset with noise-cancellation.
- Smartphone with Microsoft Authenticator.
- HD webcam.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Ability to pass behavioral and cognitive assessments.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and coordinate support tickets.
- Triage tickets by ensuring accurate data entry.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Coordinate dispatch of onsite resources.
- Follow procurement process for service equipment.
- Audit and close completed tickets.
- Use ConnectWise to manage and edit service tickets.
- Identify trends and gaps in ticket handling.
