Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a software support role.
  • Associate of Arts degree or higher preferred.
  • Prior experience with CRM software.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks with little direction.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, email, and video conferencing.
  • Experience with Google Suite and web-based communication applications.
  • Ability to learn proprietary custom software.
  • Access to reliable and secure internet.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point-of-contact for user support tickets and perform triage.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to resolve reported product issues.
  • Manage task lifecycle: creation, testing in QA, communicating resolution, and supporting deployment.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for proprietary software (Sunshine) in the internal knowledge base.
  • Perform quality assurance testing for bug fixes and platform enhancements.
