Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in a software support role.
- Associate of Arts degree or higher preferred.
- Prior experience with CRM software.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks with little direction.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems, email, and video conferencing.
- Experience with Google Suite and web-based communication applications.
- Ability to learn proprietary custom software.
- Access to reliable and secure internet.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point-of-contact for user support tickets and perform triage.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to resolve reported product issues.
- Manage task lifecycle: creation, testing in QA, communicating resolution, and supporting deployment.
- Develop and maintain documentation for proprietary software (Sunshine) in the internal knowledge base.
- Perform quality assurance testing for bug fixes and platform enhancements.
