Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in genetics, biology, healthcare, life sciences, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Comfort learning new systems and tools.
- Willingness to travel 25% as needed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for inbound clinician communications.
- Deliver proactive onboarding support for new ordering clinicians.
- Track early ordering behavior to identify education or escalation opportunities.
- Respond to routine, non-interpretive questions regarding test utilization and ordering workflows.
- Triage requests for test result discussions and scientific consults to the appropriate MSL.
- Prepare background summaries to support efficient hand-off of communication to MSLs.
- Manage and organize shared MSL inboxes.
- Document interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with MSLs and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent engagement.
