Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant, in operations, or in customer service
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient with Notion, CRMs (e.g., GoHighLevel), Google Workspace, and e-signature tools
- Strong independent work ethic and problem-solving skills
- Reliable internet and a dedicated quiet workspace
- Availability during Central Time business hours
Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from ads, social media, and referrals
- Collect and verify applicant documents and run background/DMV checks
- Prepare, send, and track rental agreements via e-signature
- Manage recurring rental payments, invoices, and payment plans
- Provide customer support as the first point of contact for drivers
- Coordinate vehicle pickups, returns, swaps, and maintenance
- Track vehicle registration, insurance, and toll/violation compliance
- Maintain Notion workspace, CRM, and SOPs
- Generate weekly reports on rentals, fleet utilization, and payments
