- 1 year of high-volume call center experience in a remote, startup environment.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex topics simply.
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce).
- Ability to multitask across several tabs and tools.
- Genuine passion for helping people and small business owners.
- Ability to work 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Help potential customers navigate the online health insurance shopping experience.
- Resolve administrative and billing questions with urgency and clarity.
- Document interactions using support tools and CRMs.
- Propose product and process improvements to the leadership team.
- Maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment while providing empathetic support.
