Requirements

  • Good written and verbal English communication skills (B2 or higher)
  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruitment support roles
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
  • Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies and Boolean search techniques
  • Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple open searches simultaneously
  • Experience sourcing engineering, construction, BIM/VDC, architecture, or other technical positions is strongly preferred
  • Recruiting or sourcing experience within the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, or LATAM markets is considered a strong asset
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify technical candidates, including passive talent, for engineering, BIM/VDC, construction, architecture, scheduling, and mission-critical infrastructure roles
  • Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical positions
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, Boolean search techniques, networking, and other sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor research across target regions and companies
  • Perform proactive outreach and initial candidate engagement through personalized messaging and communication campaigns
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and talent market conditions
  • Prepare candidate summaries and sourcing notes for internal recruitment teams
  • Track sourcing activity, pipeline progress, and candidate engagement metrics
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS systems and internal tracking tools
  • Support recruitment campaigns and hiring initiatives across multiple global regions
