Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in technical support or help desk
  • Working knowledge of PC and Mac operating systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Hardware and/or networking knowledge preferred
  • Advanced English fluency (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work remotely in Ukraine
  • Ability to work shifts aligned with US business hours (12:00pm-4:00am M-F)
  • Curiosity for learning new technologies
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot customer issues across hardware, software, and networking systems
  • Communicate professionally to ensure positive customer experiences
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately
  • Maintain systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Manage multiple requests in a high-volume environment
  • Meet daily and monthly performance metrics
  • Continuously build product and troubleshooting knowledge
  • Leverage AI tools for workflow efficiency
