Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in technical support or help desk
- Working knowledge of PC and Mac operating systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Hardware and/or networking knowledge preferred
- Advanced English fluency (spoken and written)
- Ability to work remotely in Ukraine
- Ability to work shifts aligned with US business hours (12:00pm-4:00am M-F)
- Curiosity for learning new technologies
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools preferred
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot customer issues across hardware, software, and networking systems
- Communicate professionally to ensure positive customer experiences
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately
- Maintain systems to ensure optimal performance
- Manage multiple requests in a high-volume environment
- Meet daily and monthly performance metrics
- Continuously build product and troubleshooting knowledge
- Leverage AI tools for workflow efficiency
