Requirements
- Professional experience in a high-volume customer support, technical support, or client success role.
- Exceptional written English skills with the ability to adjust tone, empathy, and clarity.
- Proven ability to de-escalate complex situations and provide step-by-step troubleshooting for technical or billing issues.
- High typing speed and ability to navigate multiple information sources quickly.
- Sharp eye for identifying subtle errors in logic, tone, or factual accuracy.
- Proficiency with CRM or helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
- Expert use of communication platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with knowledge management documentation tools like Confluence, Notion, or Guru.
- Must have a PayPal account to receive payments.
- Ability to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated support replies for accuracy, brand voice consistency, and helpfulness.
- Simulate customer interactions by creating realistic support tickets and dialogue flows to test AI handling of edge cases.
- Refine knowledge bases by auditing AI-generated FAQ articles and macros for technical accuracy and clarity.
- Perform sentiment labeling to annotate model responses for tone, empathy, and professionalism.
- Conduct quality assurance by comparing AI outputs against standard support QA rubrics.
