Requirements

  • Professional experience in a high-volume customer support, technical support, or client success role.
  • Exceptional written English skills with the ability to adjust tone, empathy, and clarity.
  • Proven ability to de-escalate complex situations and provide step-by-step troubleshooting for technical or billing issues.
  • High typing speed and ability to navigate multiple information sources quickly.
  • Sharp eye for identifying subtle errors in logic, tone, or factual accuracy.
  • Proficiency with CRM or helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
  • Expert use of communication platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management documentation tools like Confluence, Notion, or Guru.
  • Must have a PayPal account to receive payments.
  • Ability to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated support replies for accuracy, brand voice consistency, and helpfulness.
  • Simulate customer interactions by creating realistic support tickets and dialogue flows to test AI handling of edge cases.
  • Refine knowledge bases by auditing AI-generated FAQ articles and macros for technical accuracy and clarity.
  • Perform sentiment labeling to annotate model responses for tone, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Conduct quality assurance by comparing AI outputs against standard support QA rubrics.
