Requirements

  • Proven experience in a high-volume customer support, technical support, or client success role.
  • Exceptional written English skills with the ability to adjust tone, empathy, and clarity based on customer personas.
  • Proven ability to de-escalate complex situations and provide step-by-step troubleshooting.
  • High typing speed and ability to navigate multiple information sources quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail for identifying subtle errors in logic, tone, or factual accuracy.
  • Proficiency with CRM and helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Intercom, or Freshdesk.
  • Expertise in communication tools including Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with documentation and knowledge management platforms like Confluence, Notion, or Guru.
  • Possession of a PayPal account to receive payments.
  • Ability to complete tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated support replies for accuracy, brand voice consistency, and helpfulness scores.
  • Simulate realistic support tickets and dialogue flows to test AI handling of edge cases, complex inquiries, or difficult customers.
  • Audit AI-generated FAQ articles and macros for technical correctness and clarity.
  • Annotate model responses to identify if the tone is appropriately empathetic, professional, or overly robotic.
  • Compare AI outputs against standard Support QA rubrics to ensure they meet professional service standards.
