Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in candidate sourcing in an agency or in-house
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques including social platforms and Boolean search strings
  • Solid understanding of the IT market and technical positions
  • Experience in both outstaffing and outsourcing models
  • Strong English communication skills (Strong Intermediate level or above)
  • Result-oriented mindset and desire to learn
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Ability to prioritize, analyze, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Search for passive candidates using LinkedIn, Google search, ATS, and other tools
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation
  • Perform active search for specified vacancies
  • Select and utilize optimal tools and platforms for candidate sourcing
  • Conduct initial communication and build trust with candidates
  • Evaluate candidate CVs
  • Collaborate closely within the recruitment team
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS
  • Conduct market research and prepare reports on salaries, technologies, and competitors
