Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future tech roles
- Support salary benchmarking and market research
- Review profiles and run pre-screening calls
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Handle job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communications
- Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience
- Document recruiting processes and workflows
- Take ownership of assigned roles and contribute to team improvements
