- Proven experience in hiring for non-tech roles (e.g. Product, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Finance)
- Experience of conducting competency-based interviews
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruiting cycles
- Strong knowledge of common human resources practices
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
- Ability to jump between high-level strategy and tactical execution
- High attention to detail (editing, messaging, scheduling)
- Experience working with an international organization
