Responsibilities
- Conduct deep market and ingredient research across platforms like Amazon, Instagram, and beauty communities.
- Analyze ingredient efficacy to determine necessary product improvements, additions, or reductions.
- Reformulate existing products and innovate new formulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers to adjust formulations and ensure project execution.
- Build a systemized, structured approach to ingredient research and formulation decision-making.
- Maintain consistent, proactive follow-up with suppliers and internal teams.
