Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS or technology field sales experience.
- Focus on new logo acquisition with national key accounts ($50M–$1B+ revenue).
- Proven success managing 6+ month sales cycles.
- Documented history of closing $50K+ ACV deals.
- Consistent recent quota attainment (100%+ for 4+ consecutive quarters).
- Demonstrated self-generated pipeline building (40–60+ daily touchpoints).
- Mastery of structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
- Experience engaging C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
- Strong deal strategy and negotiation skills.
- Disciplined use of CRM (Salesforce) and engagement platforms.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire net-new key clients across priority verticals.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through disciplined outbound activity.
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close.
- Conduct discovery conversations uncovering commerce growth problems.
- Position Rithum platform as central infrastructure for scalability.
- Engage executive stakeholders and decision makers with value articulation.
- Identify and pursue high-value mid-market & enterprise prospects.
- Manage opportunities using disciplined sales methodologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and sales engineering.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecast integrity.
