Requirements
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads at a high level.
- Experience generating booked calls.
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing and conversion-focused funnels.
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable internet and equipment.
- Ability to be highly responsive during Pacific Standard Time working hours.
- Experience with Hyros (preferred).
- Experience scaling campaigns past $50k/month ad spend (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and optimize daily Meta ad campaigns.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
- Identify winning ad angles, hooks, and messaging in collaboration with the creative team.
- Analyze and improve landing page conversion rates and overall funnel performance.
- Manage attribution and tracking using Hyros, Meta Pixel, and CAPI.
- Monitor performance KPIs and report findings to leadership.
