Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns or social media advertising
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising tools
- Understanding of basic advertising metrics and campaign optimization
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks effectively
- Creative mindset with willingness to test and learn new strategies
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, launching, and managing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Support lead generation and promotional campaigns for studio memberships and brand awareness
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and advertising metrics regularly
- Help optimize campaigns through audience testing, retargeting, and creative adjustments
- Conduct basic A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and campaign variations
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging ad creatives and campaign messaging
- Prepare campaign performance reports and summaries
- Track key metrics such as leads, engagement, and ad performance
- Support general digital marketing initiatives when needed
