Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in contract administration, customer operations, or billing.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM).
  • Experience with DocuSign for contract execution.
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct high-volume outbound calls and handle objections.
  • High attention to detail with low tolerance for errors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational workflows simultaneously.
  • Experience in recurring revenue (RMR) models or billing workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer contracts from initiation through execution.
  • Drive contract completion through daily outreach via email and phone.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting integrity in Salesforce.
  • Update contract information and recurring monthly revenue data.
  • Maintain master tracking sheets using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ensure AutoPay enrollment and compliance for accounts.
  • Conduct follow-ups on overdue accounts and log activity.
  • Deliver daily reports on outreach activity and contract progress.
  • Identify and implement improvements to outreach scripts and workflows.
