- Develop multi-step workflows that integrate Claude with existing business systems and tools
- Design and implement agent-based architectures including sub-agents and orchestration agents
- Build and maintain reusable prompt templates, Claude Projects, custom skills, and automation patterns
- Design and deliver structured training programmes to upskill team members in effective AI usage
- Create formal training materials including guides, video walkthroughs, and reference documentation
- Develop and refine prompting strategies to maximise the accuracy, consistency, and quality of Claude’s outputs
- Contribute to the development of the business’s AI adoption roadmap and strategic priorities
- Work with marketing, operations, finance, customer service, and e-commerce teams to understand their workflows and pain points
