Responsibilities

- Verify return eligibility and ensure accurate refund processing
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews across platforms
- Address negative reviews professionally
- Manage payment disputes and chargebacks from providers
- Gather supporting documentation for dispute cases
- Support customer enquiry responses and ticket management
- Maintain organized records of interactions and resolutions
- Assist with departmental reporting on returns, refunds, and disputes
