Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming SMS inquiries and existing client communications.
  • Proactively check in on clients to ensure satisfaction and goal achievement.
  • Conduct consultative conversations to understand client concerns and goals.
  • Manage phone consultations using tools like Calendly.
  • Accurately record client interactions and progress in CRM and scheduling platforms.
  • Support ongoing client engagement through follow-ups and resource sharing.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine support and retention processes.
