- Ability to respond quickly to inbound leads during East Coast business hours.
- Attention to detail in record keeping and privacy standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming SMS inquiries and existing client communications.
- Proactively check in on clients to ensure satisfaction and goal achievement.
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand client concerns and goals.
- Manage phone consultations using tools like Calendly.
- Accurately record client interactions and progress in CRM and scheduling platforms.
- Support ongoing client engagement through follow-ups and resource sharing.
- Collaborate with the team to refine support and retention processes.
